Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and ScorePilot ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing and using this website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorized to use this Service.

1. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• •Access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use
• •Display the Service on your device
• •Calculate your JEE Main examination scores
• •View and analyze your results

Any other use is prohibited. You agree not to modify, share, or exploit the Service in any way not expressly permitted.

2. Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Show, display, or publish the content in a commercial context
• Modify, copy, prepare derivative works, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer your rights under this license to any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws

3. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

To ensure ScorePilot remains fast and reliable for all users, we implement rate limiting and anti-abuse measures:

• Request Limits: Excessive requests from a single user will be throttled. Normal evaluation usage is unlimited, but automated abuse will be blocked.
• Security Verification: We use Turnstile verification to protect against automated abuse and ensure requests come from real users.
• IP-based Limits: Excessive requests from a single IP address will be temporarily blocked to prevent volumetric attacks.
• Automated Tools Ban: Using bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access ScorePilot will result in immediate ban.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, retransmission, republication, or other use for commercial purposes is prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on or through the Service (including your exam scores or results):

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use such content
• You are responsible for the content you submit, not us

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScorePilot and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arose from these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in India.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ScorePilot regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
